SIGNALS4ALL is a Windows desktop application. It analyzes a large U.S. stock universe using technical and fundamental factors, applies money and risk management rules, and can optionally use an AI-based veto step via OpenAI to reduce low-quality setups.

What SIGNALS4ALL does
Large U.S. universe
Designed to analyze approximately 2,700 U.S.-listed stocks (roughly ~500 from the S&P 500 and ~2,200 from the Nasdaq).
Signals + risk discipline
Screens and scores stocks using technical and fundamental signals and supports money and risk management rules to reduce unmanaged exposure.
AI veto via OpenAI (optional)
Can call OpenAI for an additional veto layer. This is not a guarantee of quality, accuracy, or profitability.
Requirements
Windows
SIGNALS4ALL runs locally on a Windows PC as a compiled executable.
Twelve Data API key
Required for market data and quotes. The free tier can work, but a paid plan is recommended for higher quotas and reliability.
OpenAI API key
Required for the optional AI veto layer. Usage is typically pay-as-you-go. You control billing, limits, and key security.
Bespoke modules (sold separately)
Website publishing
A separate service can publish and display trades on a website, similar to a setup like signals4all.org, for access from anywhere. Hosting and domain are handled separately.
Real-time broker execution
A tailor-made execution module can be built to submit orders to brokers via API. This is bespoke work and requires a separate written agreement, including safeguards (limits, confirmations, kill-switch, paper mode, logging).
- Preferred (combo / multi-leg): Interactive Brokers, Alpaca
- Possible but less recommended (no combo / multi-leg): tastytrade, Tradier, Charles Schwab, Saxo Bank
Broker-side constraints apply. No guarantees on fills, latency, slippage, acceptance, or execution quality.
